Ottoman Military Band

Ottoman military band, the traditional performance of brides, consist of at least six people. It includes drums, cymbals, zurna, horns, flag bearers and standard bearers. The repertoire includes well-known mehter marches suitable for receiving a bride. The number of musicians and instruments in the group can be created according to the instruments to be requested by considering the harmony within the group. For big events, it is possible to put on impressive performances with a wider and modern repertoire by adding a marching band together with the traditional costumes of the brass band.
