Marching Band

The Republic Band, which performs in ceremonial costumes, consists of at least eight musicians. There is no need for an acoustic sound system, but a fixed sound system is required in areas such as stadiums or in performances for a large audience. There are ceremonial marches in their repertoire, and they are also included in alternative pieces. Instruments such as ceremonial drum, snare drum, tenor saxophone, alto saxophone, trumpet, trombone, tuba are among the first examples that come to mind. It is indispensable for days such as April 23 National Sovereignty and Children's Day, May 19 Commemoration of Atatürk, Youth and Sports Day, August 30 Victory Day, and October 29 Republic Day.
